In an effort to assist folks in their building projects, River Valley Log Homes offers you several options. Below is an overview of our services from the ground up.

Option #1 - Technical Consultation and Support:
    Those of you who plan to purchase a Log Package and “build it yourself” we are there for you every step of the way with consultation in design, log profile, blueprints, site meetings, materials and resources. We will help guild you with step by step procedures that will make the process go smoothly.

Option #2 - Log Package Construction:
    Sometimes referred to as “Dry“ – in construction. With this option we will go from the foundation to the tar paper. This includes sub-floor, log wall construction, rough stairs, roof system, setting exterior doors and windows, exterior trim of doors and windows, porch and or decking. Option #3 - Turn Key Construction Services:
    Some folks want to just move in and let us handle the building arrangements. Just share with us a detailed vision of the home you want from the design to the finishing features, and we'll take it from there!
